Making A Purchase
Just browse our online store, and click on "Add To Cart" under any items that you wish to buy, this will put the items into your personal shopping basket. After you have finished making your selection, click on "Confirm Order" or "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. Once we have received your order, an e-mail confirmation will be sent to you. If you do not require e-mail confirmation, please omit your e-mail address at checkout stage.
We accept credit card payment. All prices on this site are quoted in UK sterling and include VAT where applicable.
We accept most major credit cards, which includes Visa, Mastercard, Visa Delta Switch, Electron, Amex and Solo. Your credit card will be charged only when your order is ready to despatch, any backorders will also be charged at that time. You may choose to send your credit card information separately via phone, snail mail or over the Internet. Our on line credit card payment system is run by Lloyds bank credit card division. This ensures maximum security and protection for all parties.
Shipping
Mainland UK orders over £99 are shipped FREE. UK Mainland shipping standard rate £3.95. Small packages charged at cost up to a max. of £3.95 finalised at despatch not checkout.
Please note that Non UK mainland orders will be charged according to weight which will be finalised at despatch not checkout. Please see our UK & International shipping charge guide for details of these shipping rates.
If you live outside of Europe EU, we will contact you with an exact price including delivery prior to despatching your order or debiting your payment card. All our prices include VAT @ 17.5%. Orders placed outside of the European Union or BFPO addresses are exempt from VAT. BFPO nil VAT can only be accepted if the order is accompanied by form 77-388-CEE available from your CO.
Please note prices quoted in Euros are approximate. Your order will be charged in Pound Sterling (£) as per the invoice total.
Delivery Schedule
Your order will be processed right away and despatched within 48 hrs, subject to stock availability and will be delivered usually within 7 days. If you require your goods on an urgent basis, please don't hesitate to contact us with your requirements by either E-mail or telephone.
International orders are generally delivered within 14 days. Please allow up to 21 days for items out of stock, please note there are no additional postage costs for sending out of stock items separately..

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you, unless you specify otherwise when completing your payment details.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is included in the purchase price where applicable.

Warranty & Returns
We are dedicated to your total satisfaction. In the unlikely event that you wish to return goods for exchange or credit note, they must be returned within 7 working days from the date of receipt and be in the condition in which they were sent with all original packaging. For reasons of hygiene, correctly supplied personal items that have already been used cannot be returned unless faulty. Please ensure you are happy with your purchase before using.
Please complete the returns note and supply date of purchase and invoice number. Please contact us for a returns number prior to returning, to be quoted in all communication with us.
CORRECTLY SUPPLIED GOODS: No credit will be given for carriage on returned items. Goods returned after 7 working days, or if the returns number, purchase date and/or invoice no. are not supplied, will incur a handling charge of 10%. Exchanged goods will incur a further shipping charge at cost on despatch.
INCORRECTLY SUPPLIED or FAULTY GOODS: Order shortages should be reported immediately. Faulty goods must be returned for inspection. Saunders Extreme Sports will refund or replace the goods as required. Your statutory rights are not affected.
